From our humble beginnings in a small wooden cabin to our current celebrated creamery, we've been dedicated to creating the most extraordinary ice cream experience possible.
Our Story 🏔️
Founded by the Rodriguez family in 1987, Mountain Meadows began as a small weekend operation selling homemade ice cream at local farmers markets. Our founder, Maria Rodriguez, learned traditional ice cream making from her grandmother in Mexico and adapted those techniques to Colorado's incredible local ingredients.
Today, we operate a 5,000 square foot production facility that produces over 10,000 gallons of ice cream monthly, distributing to 17 states while maintaining our commitment to small-batch, handcrafted quality.
